You can create unlimited hotels and room types by using MeetingHand.
To start your Hotel setup, go the Event Settings, then Accommodation Settings, and switch Hotel section into ON position.
You need to enter your hotel name first, then you can create Start and End dates (Check-in and Check-out dates) for the hotel. Please remember that MeetingHand works as per night bases so, your Start and End dates (Check-in and Check-out dates) will indicate the nights that your participants stay in that hotel.
By default, the system brings your event start and end date as your Check-in and Check-out dates, you can always edit them and change according to your event plan.
Also, the system brings Single and Double Room types by default, you can add more room types, use default ones or change the names.
Lastly, you need to enter your room type quota and prices to collect bookings.
