You can reach your payments form Payments Menu from left hand side menu. You can see each payment made by your participants one by one and you can see the details by clicking the See Payment Details button.
The list includes date & time of the payment as well as the amount and participant full name.
If you are using your own payment gateway this list will also display the Fail status of the payment. You can see the result of the failed payment from the Payment Details buttın.
Online Payment Details;
You can track Order ID, Date and Time, services belongs to this particular payment, total amount, payment type and status of the payment.
There are two different status. Successful & Failed
Successful: This online payment has been successfully completed and you expect to see this payment on your gateway or bank account.
Fail: This payment cannot be made for some reason. You can check the fail message form your gateway logs.
Gateway logs are responses send from your gateway and indicate your payment's status. If a payment was successfully made by the participant this logs shows the success message.
If the payment failed, the message indicates the error code and the reason.
You can see the gateway log by clicking Show Gateway Log button.
Offline Payment Details
Offline payment details includes; Order ID, Date and Time, services belongs to this particular payment, total amount, payment type.
