Participant registration is mandatory in MeetingHand. Your participants are required to select a registration type in order to submit an abstract.
This does not mean they have to pay their registration fees immediately. You can allow your participants to select their registration types and pay later.
We understand that most of the participants want to pay their registration fees after their abstracts have been accepted.
In order to allow your participants to pay later, you need to activate the Offline Payments option from the Incoming Payments Setup.
To activate Offline Payments, go the Event Settings, then click on Incoming Payment Setup, and switch Offline Payment option to ON.
With this option on, your participants can upload their abstracts and they can keep their registration and other services in reserve mode. They can also complete their payments whenever they want with a credit card or with an offline payment method.
