Step 3: Engagement Settings

You can allow your participants to use engagement opportunities during your virtual sessions by activating the following options;

1-on-1 Chat

Allows participants to chat among themselves privately.

Group Chat

Allows participants to create chat rooms and exchange ideas and opinions.

Polling

Allows session hosts to conduct live polling and to collect feedback from the audience. (See more to learn how to conduct a poling)

Q&A

Allows participants to ask questions to the presenter during the sessions.

Allow unconfirmed registrations to join live sessions

Normally, only the confirmed/paid participants can attend virtual sessions but when this option is activated, it allows unconfirmed (unpaid) participants to attend the virtual sessions as well.

Allow lead retrieval

Allows participants to collect and change contact information you have marked as shareable. (See more to learn how attendees collect each other's contact information)
