How to choose a list to send an announcement email?
To send your announcement emails to a specific group of recipients apply the steps below;
Choose ‘Event Home’ from the left side menu,
Choose ‘Engagement’ option under the ‘EVENT’ title,
Click the ‘Announcement Emails’ tab,
Click the ‘New Email’ button,
Select the receiver group out of the list provided under ‘Mail to’ title,
Click the ‘Next’ button,
Check all the receivers from the top left check box or only the ones you want to send the email to,
Click ‘Next’,
