There are two main types of content blocks that you can add to your event website.

The first type is the Free Blocks, which allow you to add custom content such as text, images, tables, or links to your website.

The second type is the system-generated blocks, which are automatically created by the MeetingHand system based on the settings and information you have provided during the event setup process.

These blocks are tailored to display specific event information, such as the event schedule, speakers, sponsors, and more, to ensure that your website is comprehensive and informative for your attendees.

About Event content blocks

You can add text about your event and share it with your participants. If you want to close this section you can always turn the switch to disable the About Event section.

Generate Text with OpenAI (ChatGPT)

You can use Open AI (Chat GPT) to generate impressive text content for your free blocks. To generate AI-based text, follow these steps:

• Click the 'Generate text with Open AI' button.
• Select a topic that is relevant to the text you want to produce.
• Press the 'Generate text' button.
• Save the block by clicking the 'Save changes' button.

System Generated Blocks

Some of the content on your event website is automatically generated based on the details you provided in your event settings, such as registration types and fees, invited speakers, event program, or sponsors. These system-generated website blocks can be customized using provided templates, changing background colors, or adjusting the display order by dragging them up or down.

However, if you need to modify the actual content of these system-generated blocks, you should do so from the relevant settings page. For example, if you want to make changes to the speakers on your website, you should access the Speakers module settings page to make the necessary updates.

Speakers – Sponsors, etc.

Some of the pre-designed website blocks, like Speakers or Sponsors, offer alternative templates to showcase your content based on the information you provided during setup. Simply choose a template that suits your preference and display your content in the desired format. You can further customize the appearance by adjusting the background colors of these blocks using the available color palette or changing the order of display by dragging them up or down.
