You can make your final decision about an abstract after receiving the evaluations of the reviewers or if you want, without considering reviewer evaluations. The options for a final decision and their consecutive results are as follows;
Accepted
It accepts the abstract and sends an ‘Acceptance Letter’ to the author who submits the abstract.
Conditionally accepted
It means that the author should make some changes and corrections in the abstract. In this case, an automated email including a comment will be sent to the submitting author to request him to make the requested changes. You can also mark the ‘Re-assign reviewers’ option and in this case, the abstract is assigned to the reviewers after it was amended by the author.
Rejected
This option means that the abstract is not accepted and an ‘Abstract Rejected’ email is sent to the submitter.
