If your participants complain that they were not permitted to submit their abstracts from their account pages, it’s usually because of the submission rules you set. So, you’d better check the rules by applying the steps below and make the changes if you wish;
Click the ‘Abstracts’ option from the left side menu,
Click the ‘Submission Rules’ item under the ‘Abstracts’ title,
The possible reasons limiting abstract submission and the solutions are as follows
- The ‘Submission Start Date’ has not come yet
Change the ‘Submission Start Date’ - The ‘Submission End Date’ passed
Change the ‘Submission End Date’ - The Registration Type-based limit is zero or has been reached
If you allow submissions, increase the limit - The Presentation Type-based limit is zero or has been reached
If you allow submissions, increase the limit - Max value per participant has been reached
If you allow submissions, increase the limit
